The CRTC's Advanced CLT (ACLT) is a patent pending design that incorporates thermal modified wood with carbon fiber strips to create a very stiff and sturdy wall panel. By using Coast Western Hemlock, we are able to better utilize this fast growing wood for higher value applications that is what is traditionally seen. Our Advanced CLT eliminates the need for drywall, can be up up to R32 with the addition of foam board installation, is quiet and durable. it provides the beauty of wood to the interior and can be finished on the exterior in a conventional way. It is fast to go up as a 240 square foot home can be erected in 3 days.
